Overdone, Framed Trattoria_Comic, Cartoon, Society of Illustrators

Many thanks to my cousin, Dorothea, who stopped by the Museum of American Illustration and snapped this great pic of my comic TRATTORIA.  I couldn't make it to New York myself for the digital art portion of the exhibit.

When I went to the reception in June most of the pieces were framed in, very small, decent, graphic, understated black frames. It was too late to turn back since I had already turned in my framed piece and I realized that I totally overdid it!  This could well be the first and last time I get a piece into the exhibit.  Well, at least it clashes  with the walls!

My Comic, TRATTORIA,  hanging at the Society of Illustrators.
